Relocation of Branch Surgery Posted or Updated on 18 Dec 2023

We are pleased to announce that our application to relocate our branch surgery at Dartmouth Medical Centre across to our Main Surgery at Linkway Medical Practice at the Lyng Centre, West Bromwich has been successful. We are hoping for this to happen towards the end of 2022 and until then normal services will still be provided at Dartmouth.

We will be contacting you directly to let you know the exact date that services will be transferred to the Lyng later on this year.
