Patient Responsibility & Obligations
We deeply appreciate the cooperation of our patients in maintaining the high standard of care we aim to provide.
We kindly request that you promptly notify the surgery if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This consideration allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may require urgent attention.
If your doctor or nurse has recommended a follow-up appointment or review, it is crucial to schedule and attend the new appointment. Please be mindful that appointment slots are designated for one person at a time.
Additionally, please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you may be asked to reschedule. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our healthcare services.
Misconduct
The practice remains unwavering in its commitment to safeguarding the well-being of staff, patients, and visitors by taking every possible measure against unacceptable behaviour. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive behaviour and are prepared to take appropriate action to prevent any incident causing harm, alarm, damage, or distress. Such actions may involve removal from the practice register and/or the engagement of the relevant authorities. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment is crucial, and we appreciate your understanding in upholding these standards.
