Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients who work in partnership with the practice team to help shape and improve the services we provide. The group represents the views of our wider patient community and plays an important role in helping us understand what matters most to our patients.
What is a PPG?
A Patient Participation Group brings patients and practice staff together to:
-
Share feedback and experiences of using our services
-
Discuss ideas for improving patient care and access
-
Review patient communications and services
-
Help the practice understand patient needs and priorities
The PPG does not discuss individual medical issues, but focuses on how the practice operates and how we can continue to improve services for everyone.
PPG Meetings
We hold regular PPG meetings throughout the year. These meetings provide an open and friendly space for discussion, where patients can ask questions, raise suggestions, and hear updates from the practice team.
Next PPG Meeting:
Date: Wednesday 14th January 2026 - Meeting Cancelled
Time: 11am
(Please note: meeting dates and times will be updated here.)
What happens at a meeting?
Meetings typically include:
-
Practice updates and news
-
Discussion of patient feedback and suggestions
-
Opportunities to ask questions and share ideas
-
Planning future improvements and initiatives
No prior experience or long-term commitment is required. You can attend as often as you like, and new members are always welcome.
Who can join?
All registered patients are welcome to attend. We encourage patients of all ages and backgrounds to get involved so that the group reflects the diversity of our patient population.
Your voice matters, and your feedback helps us continue to improve the care and services we provide.
