Flu and covid vaccinations are available if you fall into one of the following categories:

All patients aged 50 years and over 

Chronic Respiratory Disease such as severe Asthma COPD or Bronchitis

Chronic Heart Disease such as Heart Failure

Chronic Kidney Disease/Chronic Liver Disease

Chronic Neurological Disease such as TIA or Stroke

Diabetes

Immunocompromised and their close carers

Pregnant

Main Carer of Elderly or Disabled person

Front line Health or Social Workers

Care home residents

If you wish to receive your covid vaccination at the same time please indicate to the nurse on arrival.

If you are unable to attend on the above dates/times please contact the surgery on 0121 553 4000 or 0121 553 1144 after 4pm Monday to Friday to book an appointment.
