We warmly invite all patients to attend our next Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting, taking place on:

The Patient Participation Group provides an opportunity for patients to work alongside the practice team to help shape and improve the services we offer. The meeting is a chance to share your experiences, raise questions or concerns, and contribute ideas that can help us better meet the needs of our patient community.

We will be discussing practice updates, listening to patient feedback, and exploring ways to enhance communication, access, and overall care. No previous experience or commitment is required — whether you attend regularly or are joining us for the first time, your input is valued.

All patients are welcome, and we encourage anyone interested in having a voice in the future of the practice to attend. Your views matter, and your feedback helps us improve the care we provide for everyone.
